- Client Intake and Appointments. Text messages include scheduling an initial call, appointment reminders, intake follow-ups, and secure links for e-signing documents. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of representation, of receiving a free case review, or of any legal services.
- We do not send third-party marketing. We will not send you marketing or promotional text messages from third parties. We use text messaging only for customer care related to your inquiry or your matter.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message you receive from us, or to the number that messaged you. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- You may also revoke consent by any reasonable method, including replying with any word or phrase indicating that you want the messages to stop, emailing landfillclaim@kitsinianlaw.com, or calling (888) 480-5858. We will honor your revocation promptly.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at landfillclaim@kitsinianlaw.com or (888) 480-5858.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
